She's already a Master Class Performer and Kalos Queen doesn't mean best in the world. If you actually paid attention, you'd know that exchange ties back to her saying "You're my goal" in XY, aka being like you/on your level is what I want. You may actually be retarded. Ash doesn't get her drive from her. She gets hers from him. Hence one-sided. It's not hard to understand.
