Should I edit my PAL Colosseum save file to Japanese and emulate the Japanese bonus disc so I can get Celery for my gen 3 living dex, or is that not PVRE enough?

I haven't done it myself, as the only Nintendo console I own is a switch. But from the comments, it at least passes the checks for XY, so it should pass any other checks considering the newer ones mainly focus on making it harder to inject rather than making sure you can actually get it legitimately.
