Parabolic Charge should be better distributed and buffed to Giga Drain's BP
Eelektross's line should also get a signature Electric healing move. Just Leech Life but Electric.

Imagine the moveset:
Max HP, Max Atk or Special Def
Eelektross @ Big Root
- Coil
- Electric Leech
- Drain Punch
- Leech Life

Leftovers might be better, but Big Root would be fun as your only attacking moves drain HP

Also eclairs have chocolate which is brown like the Earth, but other than that I can’t think of any other thematically appropriate reason for it to get a move that involves making the ground erupt with power, it’s not like its species category is a natural phenomenon that does that exact thing

Nah. It should got a move that drains ELECTRICITY from opponent.
If used on electric type mon it deals double damage.
Galvantula could get it as well.
