So every game thus far has been based on a region on our planet, but why stay so grounded?
The game would have you encounter pokemon in the tall asteroid fields, and you'd travel from planet to planet to defeat the leaders of each one. Gym types would be based on the distinct properties of each planet such as Rock, Ground, Gas and Ice. Defeat them all to conquer the galaxy.
