Is this card good?
I mean poison hasnt been good since base set because basic pokemon now have fucking 150 HP, so that 10 HP damage is meaningless. I cant remember if poison was guaranteed at least 10 damage, but if not, this card is absolutely garbage.

Poison is only removed via benching or healing via ability/card. You're thinking of burn, which does more damage but requires a coin toss.
