Intimidate on a Steel mon+Fake Tears gives Mawile some usability in Gen III
Baton Pass has nothing to use it with outside possibly Double Team for ages unless you breed it with a Zangoose for Swords Dance.

Becauss Game Freak made CHARIZARD and the other shillmons over optimized movepools, abilities, and special snowflake forms while other pokemkn got nothing making the game unfun and unbalanced

Well, Mawile is very mediocre stat wise (not counting the Mega), so why should it not have STAB while many more powerful/optimised mons had several STAB moves? Is there any other JRPG with elemental affinities where, for instance, a Fire creature doesn't have Fire moves/skills?

STAB isn’t going to magically make your shitmon good. Even competitive players don’t always run STAB yet you’re just a retarded casual playing the piss easy campaign and you’re still whining about muh STAB.
