Well I no longer have access to Earthquake since I had dropped it in The Pokemon Lab in PS2 before Stadium 2 save data got fucked. I taught Dig to Sandslash.

Blastoise; it's relatively slow, so it using Fissure means it gets to benefit of it's natural bulk and be able to do the funny with Fissure.

Fissure works based on speed in Gen 1 right? Like it won't work if you're slower. Charizard is better user then.

I don't know.
I mean Sandslash is a crit machine when using Slash but crit with cut or dig is rarer.

Yeah I just checked

Give it to Zard then. Slash has very high critical hit ratio so even a slower mon like Sandslash will get crits often.
