>>50208188Not him but to explain this, PSA’s grading standards change very often depending on current graders. That kabutops is a 9 because the grader:
A. Wanted the declared value of the card to be higher since that determines how much they are paid (no joke it’s on their website), and
B. believed that due to how few of then were being sent in and the age of the card, gave it a sort of grade curve. PSA has done this for ages with all cards. CGC does it for MetaZoo cards and Becket does it for YGO
