Goodra is in my top 10 but the fast that she has higher spattk than physical bothers me since they are suppressed to whip their limbs.

Even in using its ‘limbs’ I feel like special attack is more fitting since it shouldn’t really have the same musculature as non-slimegirl monsters like garchomp or what have you
And it fills more of a unique role as a specially focused dragon where most are physical, so I never felt irked by it in the first place
