This thing is good but it has a lot of strong counters.
Zacian alone, Regieleki alone, Yveltal used dynamax, Mimikyu + Indeedee F + Ice Ridder, Groudon + Venusaur + Charizard and even Kyogre with Barraskewda/Kingdra/Siesmitoad are way more cancer than just spaming Astral Barrage
