There was, but the creator lost the original Pokebrawl project and lost overall interest to keep it going.
There's definitely a bunch of weird model imports and custom PSAs at BrawlVault, but there's a 66% chance it's not even downloadable anymore on top of it being outdated.

I MEAN, it's not to late to get started.
Just torrent or dump a Brawl ISO, get P+ or PMEX Remix, download BrawlCrate, and edit Peach .pac file with a Lopunny model.
Afterwards, just add your own shit in and you got something unique, rinse and repeat for any doable Pokemon. Pokebrawl mod was just existing Smash characters as Pokemon anyways.

You shouldn't worry about that stuff, you can do mods without much knowledge on 3D modeling or, on the case of that old Ridley mod, rigging. Also, the Brawl modding community is insanely supportive.
So if there's anything you feel stuck on, people there would lend a hand easily. That's how the Blaziken and Zeraoua PSA got done for PMEX easily.

I disagree. Lopunny without their doll leg joins and lack of shoulders/tear drop figure isn't pleasing at all, you're essentially removing some of the most unique parts of it in favor of generic human parts.
I won't deny that at times it can still be hot for NSFW art, but for SFW stuff on model as possible is a must. Although it pretty much makes these threads the same few images/artists as its not done nearly enough.

Tricky question, it depends on the janitor/moderator. Though, if you want to try your luck, you can use the tags "lopunny order:score -rating:e -nipples" at e621 and find something. Pic related, it's one of the top suggestions and I've never seen anyone get banned for it.

Why doesn’t Gamefreak draw any Pokemon with bones? You can never see their collarbones, shoulder blades or spines. I wish they would fix that problem. It seems like they’re trying to make jokes out of them by drawing them poorly, and that’s shitty to them as characters. They deserve bones just like the humans, they’re just as important as the human characters.
