If we go by the first form of the fire starters, Charmander, Cyndaquil, Fennekin, Litten, and now Fuecoco do not fall under the zodiac.
If we go by the final forms, it still doesn’t count. Charizard is not a Chinese Dragon, Typhlosion is not a rat, and Delphox is not a dog.

Please explain to me how that, is meant to be a rat. Everything points to a Hedgehog/Porcupine that evolves into a Badger.
