It's a tank that can't be toxiced and has an amazing defensive dual type but based on normal Goodra' movepool, it doesn't have a recovery move and no access to teleport so I can't see it being used over slowking in OU for these reasons (unless slowking gets cutted but then people would probably just use Blissey)

It's pretty much the same thing with a better typing. No way it will be below the current one.
The only concern I have is that it doesn't get Flash Cannon in PLA.

Garchomp doesn't get earthquake in pla. A lot of water Pokemon don't get a decent special water move besides hydro pump. PLA just has a shitty move list.
