With hisuian form decidueye got a nerf comparing with normal form types and stats. I think, GF tries discredit this mon, even in unite owl struggles with performance. Incineroar in other hand was a shill hard with a 20 movie apearance and smash guest cast, and got mediocre success. Incineroar only has strong values at competitive scene, but vgc isn't casually that much liked to cares it. But i'm more likely just wrong about these mons.
