Pokémon reproduce based off their egg groups so all Pokémon in the field, monster, water 1, human-like, etc would be closely related to one another irl terms. And than there's Pokémon with two egg groups. What I'm trying to say it's a cool idea but Pokémon doesn't follow real life biology so a cladogram wouldn't look anything like the one posted.
