Of course they will, they're guaranteed to bring Zacian back and because it's a standard Held Item form, they need to make a counter.

I don’t think Zacian can be topped honestly. Steel/flying would be the only other busted thing that could work with those stats

Gen 9's gimmick will find a way to be up there I'm sure. It's just that legends are the best targets (Primal/Mega Fug nonwithstanding) to use the new gimmicks

I'm sure the gimmick will be disgustingly broken, but Xerneas and Zacian are disgustingly broken even outside of the gimmicks.
Zacian isn't even allowed to participate in the gimmick, and it's still the best mon in the game. In series 12, it gets more usage than fucking Incineroar, which is insane because Incineroar is a supportmon and doesn't take up a restricted slot.

The fact that it's main move can cancel out half the benefit of the gimmick is a big plus to it
