>>50216694Just to preface, I haven't played the f2p ones or MD DX.
>PokkenVery enjoyable fighter, some weird hitboxes on certain mons, but had a good time with it all the same.
>Let's GoThought I would hate it, but I was wrong. It took the best parts of go and blended with yellow, literal nostalgia porn. Master trainers, Red, Blue, Green, gym leader rematches and E4 round 2 were also perfect additions.
>SwShMaybe it was because my expectations were so low, but I ended up really enjoying swsh. Being able to catch 80% of the evolution lines in the dex before the first gym was surprising but welcome. The music for unique trainers and all the champion's cup remixes are some of my favorite out of all pokemon OST. All the stuff added in the DLC really brought me around to genuinely liking swsh.
>SnapKino, no other words to describe it . I do wish they made more new content, though.
>BDSPGoing to get shit for this, but I really like them and won't budge on that. Bringing back the retro music player was nice, adding gym leader rematches, E4 round 2 and 3 were also good choices. The E4 and gym leader rematches having perfect IVs, optimal EV spreads decent movesets and held items added a good challenge, too.
>LegendsI was first took aback about how rough the graphics were, but after I got used to it, it didn't bother me. The game itself was good, the gameplay changes were mostly for the better and were what ultimately made me want to keep playing. I feel that the game would have been better if it was the flagship title of this year and more time was given to develop it, but gen 9's reveal made it clear that Legends was a semi-open tech demo at its core, just something to test the new style on before moving onto a bigger title. Just knowing the game could have been better than it is (which is still pretty damn good) had GF not considered it fodder to throw at their new engine disappoints me.
