It only needs the bare minimum of having NPCs say a standard "Hmm?" or "Hey!" sound clip when spoken to. If you add more I'm turning off the voices

Any other time and I think it'll get cringey unless they only have important characters voice act but that'd be weird to have Gym Leaders speak but the non special NPCs don't
