>>50226807I would've preferred if Diancie had featured more heavily in the game lore. She's living stone that can produce magical diamonds and in the anime was capable of Mega Evolving by herself. She could've 100% contributed to the plot about Mega Evolution, maybe being able to produce new Mega Stones, or even being a living Mega Stone herself! A Kalos original pokemon being the first pokemon to Mega without a stone makes way more sense thematically then Rayquaza
