Stop thinking about Trick Room as a weather and start thinking about it as speed control. If you're slower than your opponent, it's worth it to set up TR.

Let's be real here.
Any mon that auto-sets TR will be instant OU.
Maybe even instant Uber.
They could give Cosmog an instant TR ability, and it'd shoot up because it's that good of a niche.

I know that was a joke answer, but that would actually be insanely good. Cosmeom would have base 131 defenses + eviolite, and all it would do is get sent out, set up TR, eat a hit, then teleport safely into something else
