In a hypothetical scenario where each Pokemon would have all its abilities at the same time, which Pokemon had the best synergy across its abilities?

I'd say Excadrill with Sandforce and Sandrush comes to mind immediately, Mold Breaker being a nice bonus.
Cinccino with Skill Link Technician is also pretty good with its movepool.
