Pike is the most fun for me
You may clutch some wins if your "story" team was good but after like a single run through any facility you are gonna get turbostomped if you dont prepare a real team.

Factory. It's the hardest facility so just get it over with. I recommend using Exarion's RNG frames if you don't want to blow your brains out.

The 4th streak usually fucks me up right after I barely beat Thorton. I'm not sure how I'm gonna make it to the end of the 7th at this rate. Emerald was already so generous with having the gold symbol be at the 6th streak for its factory and palace, fuck

Dome and Pike are both easy and quick, Arena is a bit boring but it's still pretty easy. After those I do the palace to get it out of the way since its fucking boring, and then do then switch between the Battle factory and Tower every 7 rounds for variety.
Battle pyramid is not as challenging as factory and tower but its the most fun, should be left for last
