No, piss off. They made that shit SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE it was a nod to the popular fan theory. That wasn't why they ACTUALLY chose Psychic's weaknesses in 1996/99. Get a fucking brain please.
What is the ACTUAL logic behind Bug Ghost and Dark beating Psychic? Why is Dark completely IMMUNE to psychic attacks, how does that figure logically? And if anything I would have thought Psychic would be one of the BEST Types to attack ghosts with because ghosts are nonphysical and can't be hurt by mundane means. Psychic's advantage over Poison is also apparently asinine.
