The artist that made this did a really excellent job. Although, Nidoking does get quite a few counters from the likes of Galarian Corsola, Porygon2, Chansey, Gastrodon, Mew, and Cresselia.

If only buffing every Pokemon were that simple. They even gave it to Nidoqueen too so you could run her old "Nidoking but a tank" routine if you wanted to, or just a free power boost to offset no attack stat investment

Too much effort for Game Freak. But not has much as including Gogoat in the Dex of game other than gen 6.

It would be really hard to do that.
A Pokemon really needs to become the best at something to get a sufficient buff.
Nidoking is the best non-choiced wallbreaker right now.
