Those numbers next to the japanese text AREN'T ON THE ORIGINAL CONCEPT ART.
They're literally added only in the artbook stuff to provide a noted translation below the art. Like pic related.
If you look at the original Alolan starter leaks, they don't have numbers on them because they were literally the raw concept pages for the anime which only went to people that already spoke Japanese.
What did this faggot think those numbers were for?
