That's not true at all.
There's lots of mons that can't even keep up in ZU.
Not even getting into the ones that slipped between the cracks and are in BL tiers. Like Staraptor trapped in its eternal UUBL purgatory.

No just that some Pokemon are naturally shit in combat due to bad stats, terrible typing or poor movepools or all three.

Just like how some people are naturally shit at making logical deductions.
