But in terms of resealed stuff, that probably affects any retail channel. Any retail place that offers returns I think that would be a possibility.
Like if someone bought a sealed box at Walmart and took shit out, and resealed it then returned it I doubt Walmart is checking inside the box.
It's very difficult for these huge companies to stop fraud 100% of the time. Which begs the question then-- what store or site IS absolutely safe? The official pokemon website?...Like I said if a place offers returns that opens up the possibility for fraud. Because the customer could have tampered with it in some way.
