This fucker, why the fuck doesn't he fucking fight? Ever...? I mean he has an array of attacks yet he always has Jessie and James do the work. Also, he's still a wild pokemon technically. No one owns him. He wouldn't suck if he actually trained once in a while. I know he can use furry swipes, it's honestly rare he uses anything else.
