What exactly is wrong with pokemon poaching?

How is this any different from catching a wild pokemon?

I don't think there is anything wrong with pokemon poaching, if it's done "Fairly" Excessive captures like when they just scoop up an entire family of pokemon to sell is a to far.
But if some people get some traps to grab a strong pokemon and catch it themselves without forcing pokemon to fight. then more power to them.

Because when you throw a pokeball the pokemon is deciding if it wants to be with you or not. It can refuse if it doesn't want to. Poaching doesn't give it a choice.

Pokemon have a choice in being caught by trainer. Poachers capture Pokemon forcefully to sell for money.

That's bullshit.
You beat a pokemon into submission. Even if a pokemon hates it's trainer it's very rare you see them leave of their own free will. Because mewtwo god of pokemon totally wants to join my party and spend the rest of his life in a box.

Does it happen sure, but it's hardly shown for the amount of times it should happen.

Pokeballs require you to get in the field and aim at the pokemon, giving them a chance to fight back (like the whiscash that ate a master ball) even if you're ambushing them; they also protect a pokemon from further injury, providing safe transport.
If you need to cripple a pokemon to catch it (different from battle wounds that heal over time) then you're not worthy of that pokemon at full strength.

It happens all the fucking time when Pokemon dislike their trainers in the anime. Ash's Snivy and Froakie bounced between multiple trainers before deciding to travel with him, and Goh's Grookey broke it's TR-owned Pokeball so it could be with him.

It's the same as the difference between hunting and Poaching:

You hunt with in regulation of the surrounding area, and with respect to the nature around you.
You poach in disrespect to both of them either out of Hatred, Boredom, or shady business with the Chinese Black Market.
