The only known Top 8 rankings right now are:

>Flint - Unknown, possibly isn't even in it anymore since Raihan now has his previous rank

We only know 5/8 and one of them is about to be replaced by Ash

Would be intersting, but there's not really any room left. Ash will battle three people, Leon is pretty much confirmed and Cynthia is very very likely as well. This leaves one spot, that could go to Alan or Lance. There's no room for Ash to battle Tobias.
Would be intersting if the writers have Ash battling the two anime exclusive characters (Alan and Tobias) plus Leon, but I'm more intersting in seeing his battle against Cynthia
