Haxorus' tusks should always be in the exact same direction its nose is pointing, which is why all of its art depicts it as its head pointing toward the floor to get that angle, but the animators here wanted it looking ahead so they broke Hax's anatomy for a better silhouette for that shot.
Its not ideal but I get it, they also bulked the fuck out of Drayden too for that dumb edgy look they're going for.
