Metagross is an outlier that was just created for Steven, and Tyranitar is a dragon in everything but type. I doubt there'll be another non-Dragon type pseudo.

Why ain't Volcarona ever counted as a Pseudo, I know it ain't got 3 stages but man if there's ever been a Pokémon thats a legendary but not it's the one.

There's like four requirements for a pseudo:
>600 BST
>3 stage evo, final evo must be at least Lv50
>Not available until Victory Road or later
>Last entries in the region's Pokédex, except legendaries

This would exclude Dragonite and Salamence, possibly others.

Salamence is in the middle of its dex
600 BST is the main thing, and in Japan rather than calling them "pseudos" they're called the "600 club." The pre-reqs that haven't been broken seem to be
- 600 BST
- Three stage evo
- Slow exp group

Gible is available like after the 3rd gym in BOTH DP and Platinum. You can get Goomy before the 6th gym in X&Y. And SWSHit makes pseudos available before the first gym.

The Garchomp line is in the middle of the Sinnoh dex

The only real requirements to be a pseudo is having at least a 600 BST and being part of a 3-stage line.

That's a stupid baseline. You know how many Pokemon have huge stats but miss this mark just because of Speed?

Hopefully never. They should have retyped Tyranitar as Dragon/Rock and Metagross as Dragon/Still so every pseudo could be a dragon/something.

Why this ton of fake requirements instead of simply 600 BST?
The only other pokémon with 600 who aren't pseudo-legendaries are the ones that are actual legendaries/mythical (Mega evolutions excluded, obviously)
