I'm emulating a romhack of it right now and it's running at a silky smoothe framerate. For the record, gen 7 runs well too. Pretty much every 3ds game emulates well these days, apart from the occasional missing texture. But that's usually only during cutscenes

I replayed it in citra months ago, I had no problems the game ran fluently on my machine (1050ti). You should disable "new 3ds mode" because it causes stuttering for some reason.
