LGPE sold almost as many copies and it only had 153 Pokemon. ORAS is probably going to be overtaken in sales by BDSP, which was a glitchfest outsourced to a literal who company. Remakes are only going to get lazier and lazier because they sell anyway and the extra work put into adding more content into HGSS didn't translate into sales.
