>>50317485Basically you fight through a couple other gym leaders from previous games + their regions champion at the end. Not every gym leader is in the game as each champion/region has a select two gym leaders they bring.
For example you fight Bugsy and Jasmine before fighting lance in the johto cup.
They just pick 2 gym leaders for each region instead of including them all because they're lazy, but there is a variable in that there's an easy mode and a master mode which will change the champion for regions with multiple champions. For example easy mode Kanto is trace, normal mode is blue and master mode is red. Unova has Alder, Iris and N while Galar has Leon, Mustard and Peony.
There's a multi battle mode where you can team up with a SV gym leader to fight both the other regions gym leaders at once, and in regions with more than 1 champion you'll get a cool double battle with 2 champions mixing their teams but for regions with one champion they don't bother doing anything unique.
Also there's no level cap since its not a proper battle facility and your only prize is the prize money after every battle.
