I think it's the Pokemon variety that pisses me off the most. Seeing the same 2-5 Mon every fucking route and maybe 2-3 extra ones, the same 3 Pokemon in every fucking cave with the only difference being rare encounters, it's the same problems that plagued DP and make those a slog for me too.
Though tbf those are less knocks on BW inherently and more Masuda's decisions when directing.
