Nope. Balanced. Unlike empoleon, blastoise, or even swampert, who all shouldn’t be capable of standing because PHYSICS that apparently only apply to samurott, falsely at that. On the contrary, charizard and decideye shouldn't fly due to their wing to weight ratio, and greninja and inteleon should snap under their own weight and not walk around like normal. Physics never mattered in this franchise and these are all okay to have in a fictional monster series.
