Not even an anti-Unova schizo but it's undeniable fact that it's trio is the least popular, it's literally the only gen besides Kalos (who has fucking Greninja) to have an entire starter line be absent from the Top 30 of the POTY poll in the Tepig line.
Likewise, going by popularity as a group, Alola should be near the top considering it's the only gen with all 3 of its final stage evos in the top 10, with Hoenn not being far behind with Swampert only barely missing it.
