Unless you're into the knight concept, Scizor, for having a more stylized and less exagerated anatomy. Execution is more important than concept anyway.

scizor looks sleeker but escavelier is smarter
I’d have to say Scizor anyways since it’s slightly less cluttered (Escavalier looks a bit cramped in its armor due to all the patterning) but they’re both pretty great

Escavalier is more visually interesting. A beetle wearing snail-themed knight armor. Since Scizor is my least favorite of it's line, knight bug is an easy choice
