But yes, I do agree to some extent.
Some Pokemon need to be allowed to artificially drop. Especially in older gens.
I understand wanting to keep the tiers the same to "preserve the meta". I also understand wanting to change the rules because people still play the meta, strategies evolve, and things can be discovered to be overpowered later on. I do not understand why they think they can do both. Like banning Baton Pass, but keeping Ninjask in OU.
