I've tried with this absolute loser. It's one of the worst Pokemon I've ever used... You can swagger it to get +2 attack and double speed. Still completely dogshit. Flatter it to +1 SpA, it's dogshit.
The thing is a joke for a third stage evo. No excuse for making it this bad.
Even Wobuffet is better. You can Ally Switch troll. It can take a hit and deal them back.
Sceptile goes in the trash.
