It's a decent game. Honestly the extreme fanboyism seems like sheer autism, it's not amazing. You're probably not going to go back and play it again... I could play R/S again if there was actually a point to playing such an old game.

Because it was better than any pokemon game after HGSS.
Does that actually make it a good game? Not really, there are better video games out there if /vp/ would look at other games. But many people are narrowminded like that.
