Foro those saying stuff about the Speed stat in relation to how fast a pokemon can move, remember that the speed stat refers to how quickly it can ready an attack/move and its actual movement speed, that's why pokemon who are extremely fast like escavalier have really low speed stat, their so fast they need time to properly aim. I assume the low speed in these case with the archer is the time needed to ready the bow and arrow, in intelion's case it is fast because is based on the unrealistic skills of a movie spy so even though it's also a sniper it has fast attack, either that or gf just does random shit.
