The only flaw with the leaf dinosaur is that the other starters are cooler. It's not a bad Pokemon, just one that is overshadowed.

It doesn't that by level up, you have to breed it with Venusaur from KANTOO for it to get Leech seed, to get it because Game Freak hates the Johto starters.
