>>50394021That's not really something Pokemon has done. They've never compared Champions to other champions in-game, the fans just make up their own headcanons based on who they had the most trouble with as a kid, and teams/movesets/game mechanics, which mean nothing in-universe.
For the context of Galar and its sports theming, it makes sense. For other champions, being Champion is a more of a side gig/hobby. Cynthia is an archaeologist, Steven is a rich boy who looks for rocks, Diantha is an actress. In Galar, Pokemon battling is heavily commercialized, and it's what Leon does for a living. The only other Champion in the games who doesn't really seem to have a life outside of battling is Lance, but the anime also gave him a job as a government agent.
