Point is that there are Pokémon “spinoffs” that are arguably even more popular than the mainline series. Using the excuse that PLA isn’t a flop because it’s a spin-off is cope.

The other titles have to be split in two because they're actually two games added together (Pokemon X&Y, Sun/Moon, etc).

Accounting for this, after only a few months Legends has already outsold USUM, B2W2 and is hot on the heels of Platinum, BDSP, BW and X&Y.
