I meant no NPC other than Lance actually uses the Dratini line, therefore if you never found out about it being in the Safari Zone, coughed up the gambling addiction to buy one from the Game Corner or you didn't have a guide, it would be a surprise reveal and hurdle. Even more so because Dratini's a long-term shitter until it finally evolves all the way up to Dragonite so you'd likely have no idea what the line is truly capable of.
