Breeding is not present in PLA and honestly I don't feel like I'm missing much. Should it stay like this or is there a way to make egg hatching less of a chore?

It doesn't matter at all because abilities and IVs aren't in LA, all pokemon learn moves the same way, and they gave much better ways to shiny hunt. When all these things come back in SV then breeding will be important again.

What would even be the point they outright removed any reason to breed anyways since you can choose what nature the pokemon has and you're regularly stuffing pebbles down each of your teammates' throats to increase their IVs. It's very much a welcome improvement, breeding is dumb.

i'd like to be able to trade over my favorite mon as a freshly hatched level 1 mon and use it from the start, but instead it only appears in the last area at level 40

IV removal, gravel, and mints
It's never been such a joy to play

Breeding was never fun I preffer just catch mon and gritdust it which is MUCH BETTER way than anything that came before.

it's good that they excluded it. Otherwise finding a ton of pokemon would be completely trivialized and you would be better off just breeding all the static alpha pokemon.

Yes. In LITERALLY every single game with breeding it IS less of a chore than in pokemon.
