Fuck. Idk what to feel about this, Lugia is perfect already. But assuming SV region is far, far away from previous regions, I guess this one makes sense. And despite its legendary status, Lugia is still depicted to have offspring so it can easily reproduce. Fuck, even a Ho-Oh regional variant may even be possible now.
