I'm a Johtochad and a Kalosbro and I hate PLA, is bad and it's taking the franchise in the wrong direction. I think they should cut more Pokemon and make the games uglier. Unova is shit btw.

Maybe not a fangame but I'd definitely call it a spin off in comparison to PLA, considering it was done by a different developer and didn't really add anything to the series.
It's basically Colosseum-tier, it just happens to be wearing the skin of a mainline game.
